Dr. Gregory Czar is an accomplished individual with a rich wrestling background and a passion for coaching and mindset development. Hailing from Shelby Twp., Michigan, Dr. Czar's journey began at Eisenhower High School, where he excelled as a wrestler. His dedication and talent led him to train with the United States national teams at the prestigious West Point Military Academy and the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

Throughout his career, Dr. Czar competed in Asia and Europe, showcasing his skills in both international Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling styles. His exceptional talent earned him a bronze medal at the Freestyle Nationals in 1979, competing in the Unlimited weight division. Dr. Czar's prowess in the sport is recognized by his membership on the governing board of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame - Michigan Chapter.

In addition to his achievements as an athlete, Dr. Czar has dedicated a significant portion of his adult life to coaching and consulting. With a BS in Psychology, an MS in Sport Psychology, and a PhD in General Psychology, he deeply understands the psychological aspects of competitive sports. His doctoral research focused on competitive match preparation in elite athletes, making him an authority in the field.

As a mindset clinician, Dr. Czar has conducted extensive sports psychology research over the course of a decade. In 2020, he founded MindCzar Sports Performance, utilizing his wealth of behavioral experience to empower athletes to reach their full potential. Dr. Czar's expertise is further recognized by his lifetime membership in PSI CHI, the international honor society in psychology.

Currently, Dr. Czar is a Professor in the Psychology Department at prestigious institutions such as Purdue University, Cal Southern, Schoolcraft College, and Rochester Christian University. In addition to his academic responsibilities, he continues to coach and inspire individuals through his unique "Cage Theory" as RCU's Wrestling Mindset Coach.
