Junior Mya Freeland, freshman Laila Vanhoorelbeke, and freshman Jenna Boye led the Warriors with two goals each.

THE RUNDOWN

FIRST HALF

  • The goals came early for Rochester Christian, with midfielder Jenna Schodowski getting a goal to go one minute into the contest. Shortly after, Vanhoorelbeke nailed two goals in just over 30 seconds to bring the lead to 3-0 just six minutes into the game. The Warriors continued to attack, racking up several shots on goal before forward Rachel McCleese earned them their fourth goal of the half. RCU continued to bring pressure and held Grace Christian scoreless by the halftime buzzer

SECOND HALF

  • Mya Freeland joined the fun with a goal 33 seconds into the second half to continue RCU's momentum. Six minutes later, Freeland scored again, assisted for a second time by defender Kennedy Fraser. 15 minutes later, midfielder Faith Staley tacked on the Warriors' seventh goal. With time winding down, Olivia Howes scored her fifth goal of the season before Boye added her first two collegiate goals as time ran out.
