
Howes and Perron sweep WHAC Women's Soccer Players of the Week
(Rochester Hills, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic (WHAC) has announced its weekly Players of the Week for Women's Soccer, and the Rochester Christian duo of Olivia Howes and Brooklyn Perron earned Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week, respectively.
Howes, a senior from Leonard, Michigan, earns her second career Player of the Week honor after winning the honor last season. Howes recorded a trio of goals on the week, including a brace against Great Lakes Christian and the game-sealing goal against Trinity Christian.
Perron, a freshman from Macomb, Michigan, earned her first two collegiate wins this past week, including s complete game shutout against Trinity Christian and a combined shutout against Great Lakes Christian. In the pair of matches, she totaled 160 minutes in goal while making nine saves.
The Warriors are back in action this week with a trio of games, as they start off traveling to #12 Spring Arbor on Wednesday, September 10, with a 730 PM kickoff.
