WOMEN'S SOCCER VISITS MADONNA FOR IMPORTANT WHAC MATCHUP

LIVONIA, MI - Women's Soccer (10-3-0, 4-2-0) will look to bounce back from its recent loss against the Madonna Crusaders (7-5-1, 4-2-0) on Saturday at 11 a.m. With both teams tied in the current WHAC standings, this matchup could have serious implications on seeding for the looming WHAC Tournament.

Rochester and Madonna have had very similar starts to WHAC play, with both teams being defeated by the same opponents - #7 Aquinas and Siena Heights. However, both teams are looking to assert themselves in the WHAC standings, as the league has developed into a tight five-team race with the season beginning to wind down.

The Crusaders are led by a variety of talented players, with junior forward Morgan Stack leading on the attacking front. Saturday's matchup will be a rematch of the Warriors' first appearance in WHAC postseason play, when the Crusaders emerged victorious 6-0.
