Bio

Cara Harm has served a vital role within Rochester Christian University Athletics for the last seven years. Entering her eighth year as the head athletic trainer for the Warriors, Harm oversees athletic training for all sports at Rochester Christian. 

Prior to being hired at RCU, Harm earned her Master of Science from Adrian College with a major in Athletic Training in 2016. Harm completed a thesis on "The Prevalence of Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms and Impact on Quality of Life in Women’s Collegiate Ice Hockey Athletes", which was presented twice: at the American Physical Therapy Association Combined Sections meeting in 2017, and the Michigan Athletic Trainers' Society (MATS) Conference in 2019. 

Harm was also a college athlete at Adrian, where she played soccer and hockey. Harm is currently a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, MATS, and the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers' Association.

Harm grew up in Madison Heights and has two older sisters. Harm's hobbies include traveling, hiking, golfing, and spending time with her dog, Bernie.
