SALEM, Ore. - The Warriors returned from their trip to Oregon to face the Oregon Ducks, marking the longest trip taken by an RCU team since 2020. After arriving on Jan. 8 following a long flight, RCU hockey got together and prepped for the games in the Hampton Inn. The Warriors had several opportunities to team bond on the trip, and were able to perform in front of a crowd of over 1000 people on both days.
Despite the losses, the Warriors saw strong performances from multiple players, including one goal and two assists from forward Kyle Hauer across the two games. The Warriors returned back to Michigan on Jan. 13, and will resume conference play tomorrow afternoon against Indiana Tech at 2:30 p.m. in Big Boy Arena.
