WARRIOR VALORANT TEAM RECOGNIZED AT NACE AWARDS

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Rochester Christian's Valorant program was recognized by the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE) in its 2024 NACE All-Star Teams and Coach of the Year finalist release earlier this July. Cristian "Blankaims" Arbelaez was nominated to the NACE Valorant All-Stars Second Team, while eSports head coach Chris Ainhorn was nominated as a Coach of the Year finalist. 

This marks the first time a Warriors member has been nominated for either category. During the season, the Warriors finished eighth in fall NACE play and fourth in the spring among 260 programs between the United States and Canada. The awards are chosen by the NACE Competition Council, with performance in both fall and spring semester play being the primary criteria.
