ADAM POLK EARNS WARRIORS' FIRST-EVER MEN'S WRESTLER OF THE WEEK AWARD

LIVONIA, Mich. - Freshman Adam Polk has earned the Warriors' first-ever Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Wrestler of the Week award in a release by the league office on Monday afternoon. Polk earns the nomination following a 5-0 week, including a championship win in the Albion Open on Sunday, November 17. 

During the Warriors' 31-15 loss to #20 Cornerstone on Nov. 13, Polk earned a 7-0 decision, achieving the first conference victory of his Warriors career. At the Albion Open in the 141-lb bracket, Polk put on a show, winning all four matches by at least Major Decision and the championship round by fall. 

The Warriors continue their season at #8 Indiana Tech on Friday, Nov. 22, with the first match starting at 6 p.m.
